Our Story
SPOT369 was founded by Umer Khan — a software and IT sales professional with over 17 years of experience across the UK, Middle East, and South Asia.
After years of building software for large enterprises and watching the SaaS landscape evolve, Umer saw a clear opportunity: small, focused software products that solve one problem well — Micro SaaS.
SPOT369 was built around that idea. We create our own Micro SaaS products (starting with LiThoughts), and we help founders and businesses build theirs — from idea to launch and beyond.
We're fully remote by design, not by circumstance. Our team works from wherever they do their best work, and we serve clients across North America, Europe, and the GCC.

Umer is a software and IT sales professional with over 17 years of experience building and selling technology solutions. He's worked with enterprises and startups across the UK, Middle East, and South Asia — from large-scale ERP implementations to lean SaaS products.
He founded SPOT369 to focus on what he believes is the future of software: small, focused products that solve real problems — built by small, focused teams.
Today, he leads SPOT369's product strategy, client relationships, and the company's growing portfolio of Micro SaaS tools.
