1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of spot369.com and products operated by SPOT369 LLC, including LiThoughts (lithoughts.com). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

  • SPOT369 operates Micro SaaS products and provides technology services
  • LiThoughts is a LinkedIn content creation tool that integrates with LinkedIn via official API
  • We also offer Micro SaaS development services and MultiChannel Outreach services

3. Account and LinkedIn Integration

  • To use LiThoughts, you must authenticate with your LinkedIn account via OAuth 2.0
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must have a valid LinkedIn account and comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement
  • You authorize LiThoughts to access your LinkedIn data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You authorize LiThoughts to publish content, comments, and reactions on your behalf when you initiate these actions
  • You remain solely responsible for all content published through LiThoughts to your LinkedIn account

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use our services to violate LinkedIn's terms of service or API terms
  • Use our services to publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our services
  • Use the service to automate actions that violate LinkedIn's policies

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content you create using LiThoughts
  • Content generated by AI features is provided as a drafting tool - you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
  • SPOT369 does not claim ownership of your content
  • You grant SPOT369 a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service

6. AI-Generated Content

  • LiThoughts uses artificial intelligence - specifically Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini - to assist with content creation
  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and drafts
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing to LinkedIn
  • SPOT369 does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
  • You must not represent AI-generated content as factual without verification

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service depends on LinkedIn's API availability - disruptions to LinkedIn's platform may affect LiThoughts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Subscription and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

SPOT369 products may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limits as described within each product. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits.

Billing and Payment

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), our third-party payment processor
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan at each renewal. We will notify you before any price changes take effect.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan, the new plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
  • Downgrades: When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless covered by our Refund Policy

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again according to our payment processor's retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the free plan. We will notify you by email before any suspension.

9. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for paid plans at our discretion. During a free trial, you have access to paid plan features without charge. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will clearly indicate the trial duration and the plan price before you start a trial.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SPOT369 is not liable for any content you publish through LiThoughts
  • SPOT369 is not liable for any consequences arising from your LinkedIn activity
  • SPOT369 is not liable for changes to LinkedIn's API or platform that affect service functionality
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Termination

  • You may stop using our services at any time
  • You may disconnect your LinkedIn account and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (deleted within 30 days)

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to our Dispute Resolution Policy. We encourage direct communication before pursuing formal dispute channels.

14. Chargebacks

For billing disputes, please refer to our Chargeback Policy before contacting your payment provider.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
