Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Overview

SPOT369 LLC ("we", "us", "our") is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. This policy outlines how we handle disagreements related to billing, service quality, account issues, or any other matters arising from your use of our products.

2. Step 1 - Contact Us First

Before initiating a formal dispute, we ask that you contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots, transaction IDs, or documentation
  • Your preferred resolution

We aim to acknowledge your concern within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

3. Step 2 - Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may request an escalation review. Send a follow-up email with the subject line "Dispute Escalation - [Your Name]" and we will have a senior team member review your case within 5 business days.

4. Step 3 - Payment Processor Dispute

If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, you may raise a dispute through your payment processor or credit card company. We will cooperate fully with any investigation. Please note:

  • We encourage resolving disputes directly with us first, as payment processor disputes (chargebacks) may result in additional fees
  • We will provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor during their investigation
  • The payment processor's decision on the dispute is typically final

5. Step 4 - Mediation

If the dispute remains unresolved after the above steps, either party may propose non-binding mediation. Mediation costs, if any, will be shared equally between both parties unless otherwise agreed.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Good Faith

We commit to handling all disputes in good faith. We will never retaliate against users who raise legitimate concerns or disputes.
