Refund Policy

SPOT369 LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates software products offered on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions across our products. Individual products may have additional refund terms specified in their product-specific terms of service.

2. Subscription Services

Our products are offered as monthly or annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency you selected during checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Free Trial and Free Tier

Where available, we offer free tiers or trial periods so you can evaluate our products before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to take full advantage of these before upgrading.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal if you have not substantially used the service during that billing period. Substantial use means exceeding 20% of any usage limit in your plan.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future renewal.
  • Upgrades: If you upgrade mid-cycle and are unsatisfied, you may request a downgrade and prorated credit within 7 days of the upgrade.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@spot369.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The product and plan you are subscribed to
  • Your reason for requesting a refund

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription periods where you have substantially used the service (exceeded 20% of any usage limit)
  • Partial month or partial year refunds after the eligible refund window
  • Fees charged by payment processors (these are non-recoverable)

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods
  • Your account reverts to the free tier (where available) at the end of the paid period

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
